Daniel S. Cosavalente, 34, of Phoenix, died of brain cancer on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Daniel was born on November 16, 1987, in Voorhees, New Jersey. He spent part of his childhood in Tampa Bay, Florida and Albuquerque, New Mexico before his parents moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2001. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Biology and later from the University of Phoenix with an MBA. He married the love of his life, Lilia Rich, in 2013 and they started their life together in North Phoenix. He also joined CVS Health in 2013, steadily rising through the ranks to Senior Compliance Analyst before his death. He battled brain cancer in 2016 and has recovered well, able to enjoy nearly 6 years without cancer, going on adventures with his wife and their two dogs. In 2021, they were blessed with a beautiful daughter. Daniel volunteered at his church and enjoyed encouraging others in Christ. His gentle and resilient spirit is deeply missed. Daniel is survived by his wife Lilia, their daughter Leila, his parents Daniel and Virginia Cosavalente, and his older sister Andrea Cosavalente. A memorial service will be held at North Valley Baptist Church 2109 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85024 on October 1, 2022 at 3 p.m., where he will be honored as a faithful husband, loving father, beloved son and brother, and a friend to many.
