Arizona State forward Jalen Graham signs for Arkansas

Arizona State forward Jalen Graham has signed up for Arkansas. He has two seasons of eligibility left.

Graham was ASU’s only 12 All-Pac selection last season, earning second-team honors in a conference coaches’ ballot.

He’s averaged 9.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 22 of 29 games this season. He scored in double digits in 13 of the last 18 games of the season, highlighted by a career-high 19 points in ASU’s loss to USC on Feb. 3. in ASU’s triple overtime win at Tempe.

He shot .486 from the field this season and .528 from the free throw line.

Graham had steadily improved his production from 3.2 points as a true freshman in 2019-20 to 8.1 in 2020-21.

He is one of four ASU players to enter the portal since the end of the season. The other three are guards Demari Williams and Justin Rochelin and forward Will Felton, all of whom have worn red shirts this season as true freshmen.
